Task Based Training Section
In this section all the exercise ideas are focused on completing a task. Your focus is not on set or reps. We want you to keep you focus on the quality of your movement. The goal is the complete the task by using the best movement mechanics possible. Many different tools can be used for this style of training. It is important to you state the purpose of the task for your clients. Your creativity will be your limiting factor here.
