Here are a list of some exercise we have used along our Hand Balancing journey. Handstand and other hand balancing drills are very difficult. It took me over 2 years to get over my fear of being inverted. You must be patient and take your time. DO NOT RUSH THE PROCESS. I would highly recommend you check out the Body Weight Athlete Program from Global Body Weight Training. It is a program designed by my Mentor Mike Fitch.
